Create your offer & build your chain:
- From ViewMyChain, select ‘My Properties’ and select the property in which you would like to create the offer.
- From the listing, select the ‘Offers’ button.
- Select the ‘Offers’ button and select ‘Add an offer’ to create the offer(s).
- Enter the ‘Offer type’, ‘Offer date’, and ‘Offer price’.
- You can search your buyers contact, or create a new record.
- You can mark if the buyer is selling their property. If your buyer is selling a property, follow these steps to build your chain:
- Select the ‘Add’ option below your listing.
- Enter the postcode of your buyers property, click ‘Search’ and select the correct address from the drop-down menu to verify it with OS/Land registry data.
- Select the selling agent from the drop-down menu.
ViewMyChain will present you with comprehensive chain information relating to your buyers property including any associated links (if applicable), details of the selling agent and specific progress updates for each property in the chain assuming they have already been proceeding.
With the information ViewMyChain has provided, you can now better qualify and understand the position of your potential buyer before making any recommendations to your client.
