Use the Warning Tool

Warnings enable you to flag potential delays early, providing transparency for both your team and clients. By highlighting issues before they escalate, this tool helps prevent surprises and keeps your sale running smoothly.

Note that this feature is permission-based. If you would like this permission enabled, please speak to your Account Manager.

    1. Navigate to the required Listing in VMC.
    2. Select the three white dot icon, then select 'Warning'.

 
  1. This area displays all warnings along with their current status, and allows you to create new ones as needed.
  2. Select 'Create new' to create a new warning.
  3. Select the 'Type' drop-down to select the warning type.
  4. Enter a comment if applicable, then select 'Create'.
  5. To close the warning, select the toggle under the status to enter a comment.
  6. Select 'Export' to extract the data into a PDF or excel file.
