The forecast tool allows you to categorise your properties by how likely they are to exchange each month and displays them in your Organiser, so you can easily see each day which properties you need to prioritise.
Note that this feature is permission-based. If you would like this permission enabled, please speak to your Account Manager.
- Navigate to the required Listing in VMC.
- Select the three white dot icon, then select ‘Forecast’.
There are 3 categories of forecast:
Green: likely, Amber: unlikely, Red: very unlikely
Once a forecast level is selected, the color of the address bar will change accordingly and your Organiser will be updated.
The Organiser
These metrics also appear in the Organiser, helping you quickly pinpoint properties that may require attention from you to increase your forecast pipeline for the month.
