Upon selection of the Transaction Type, supplementary milestone information will be added to the listing. On a listing, underneath the address, you can also select both the 'Title type' and the 'Tenure'. This is designed to provide you with a more comprehensive understanding of your transactions and help you to better gauge the timeline to completion.  - You can flag transactions as '**Freehold', 'Leasehold', or 'Commonhold'**, and choose the associated transaction types like '**Probate'** or '**Auction'**. - Multiple transaction types can be selected simultaneously. - You can also specify whether the title is **'Registered' or 'Unregistered'**. Transaction types are represented by initials, such as '**P'** for Probate. These milestones will only appear based on the tenure and transaction type associated with the listing.
