The Audit Log

Historic actions taken on your deals can sometimes be hard to track, especially when managing multiple cases. Our solution? The Audit Log.

Note: This function is permission-based. If you would like this enabled, please speak to your Account Manager.

The 'Audit Log' tracks activities and actions taken on Listings in VMC. The event will capture the note ID, relevant address, user responsible for the action, the 'change' made and time.

This quick-access function makes it easier to identify which users are responsible for taking actions on a Listing, particularly if the user is a third-party, i.e. Conveyancer which means you can confirm via the trail.

      1. Select the three dots on your Listing.

      2. You will be directed to the Audit Trail where you can view the changes made on the property OR chained transactions by simply clicking the 'Chained Transactions' tab.

      3. Select 'User' to view the users who have taken action (including VMC).

      4. Select 'Changes' to view the changes which have taken place.
 
    1. You can always export the Audit trail by selecting 'Export'.
