Introducing Quick-access Contact Information and Downloadable Audit trail!
Buyer and Seller Contact Details
- Buyer and Seller contact names are now visible on the Listing, without having to select the drop-down icon. You can select the users name from this screen for quick-access, and once selected, will be redirected to the consumer contact area.
Note: If a contact has not yet been added, ‘Add Seller’ or ‘Add Buyer’ will display instead.
Download Audit Trail and Notes at Completion
When a property is marked as 'Completed', or a 'Completion' milestone is added, the following message will display with options to download the Audit Trail and Chain Notes.
This allows you to retain the information relating to the transaction once the Listing has been archived post-completion.
