With new notification enhancements, ViewMyChain keeps you and your consumers informed instantly, allowing you to focus on servicing your clients. #### Possible Fall-through Alert Enhancement --- The VMC 'Possible fall-through' alert keeps you informed about potential fall-throughs on properties within your chain. This alert is triggered when we receive information from our data partners, such as a property status change on the portals. We've refined the content of this alert to make your next steps clearer, ensuring you can quickly assess and potentially capitalize from chain break opportunities within your patch. This email is sent out daily, providing updates based on the previous day's activity. This email keeps you informed about all milestone updates from the previous day - whether from VMC or other members within your branch on your own property (or properties up and down the chain). Sent daily, this email ensures you're always up to speed with the latest developments on the properties that you are progressing.
