[VMC for Conveyancers - Release Notes](https://support.viewmychain.com/release-notes?hsLang=en#vmc-for-conveyancers-release-notes) # Release - 27th November 2024 ## Introducing Public Tasks & External Notes! #### **Public Tasks** --- The task feature is now accessible to a wider audience, including estate agents, both seller and buyer conveyancers, invited selling agents involved in chained properties, and client users. Users can now assign public tasks to: - A teammate (e.g., another conveyancer). - An external user (e.g., an estate agent) Once the 'External Users' option is selected, all users associated with the selected property will appear in the assignee list.
