      Introducing live property, offer, and contact updates - plus notes now sync between Alto and VMC, keeping you in the loop across teams within your branch!

      Live Updates Now Available in VMC via Webhooks

      We're excited to roll out real-time syncing between Alto and VMC. Key updates made in Alto will now automatically appear in VMC instantly.

      These updates in Alto apply to:

      Property Updates

      • When a new property is added

      • When existing property details are changed

      Contact Updates

      • When a new contact is created

      • When contact details are updated

      Offer Updates

      • When a new offer is created

      • When offer details are modified

      • When an offer is accepted

      • When an offer is withdrawn

       

      What this means for you:

      • Immediate visibility – See new listings, contacts, and offers the moment they’re added or updated, without needing to wait.

      • Smarter time management – Prioritise your day based on the most current data without switching platforms.

      • More deals closed quicker – With live information in your hands, you're always one step ahead in progressing sales and keeping clients happy.

      Note Sync Between Alto and VMC 

      We're improving how notes flow between Alto and VMC, helping you stay more connected with your team.

      Here’s what’s new:

      Notes from Alto to VMC

      • Notes created within Alto are now automatically pulled into VMC four times per day via the API.

      • Please note: These notes will appear as 'Admin Notes' in VMC, as the original author cannot currently be identified.

      Notes from VMC to Alto

      • Any notes you create in VMC are now instantly pushed to Alto.

      • These are logged against the relevant property record in Alto.

       

      What this means for you:

      • Keep track of conversations and key updates across both systems.

      • Ensure nothing gets missed - even if it is added in Alto.

      • Collaborate more efficiently with your team, whether they’re using Alto or VMC.

      We’re continuing to improve how information flows between platforms to support a smoother, faster, and more connected workflow.
