Branch Engagement Report
The Branch Engagement Report is designed specifically for branch managers to track and enhance their teams' engagement levels.This report delivers a weekly score based on the last 4 weeks of activity, offering a clear overview of your team's engagement whilst also highlighting opportunities to better leverage the functionality VMC offers.
Access to this report is permission-based. Please contact your Account Manager to enable this report for you.

Withdraw a Listing
You now have the ability withdraw a listing. This will subsequently delete the property from your VMC portfolio and break any related chains.

Mortgage Checker
The 'Mortgage Checker' button is now animated as a prompt to submit the property address for 'Mortgage Updates'. This provides greater clarity on the status of your clients mortgage application.
Note that for listings with a cash buyer, this button will not be animated.

Search Function Enhancement
The search functionality has been improved from 'exact match' logic to accommodate a broader user search. This allows for better results, for example, if a user enters 'H J Law', the search will still return 'HJ Law'.
