Upon selection of the Transaction Type, supplementary milestone information will be added to the listing. #### **  1.  Transaction Detail Enhancement** The update includes additional options that will allow you to delve deeper into the transaction type by selecting both the Title type and the Tenure. This enhancement is designed to provide you with a more comprehensive understanding of your transactions and help you to better gauge the timeline to completion.  - You can now flag transactions as '**Freehold', 'Leasehold', or 'Commonhold'**, and choose the associated transaction types like '**Probate'** or '**Auction'**. - Multiple transaction types can be selected simultaneously. - You can also specify whether the title is **'Registered' or 'Unregistered'**. Transaction types are represented by initials, such as '**P'** for Probate. These milestones will only appear based on the tenure and transaction type associated with the listing.
