Listing Warnings
Note: This feature is permission-based. If you would like this permission enabled, please speak to your Account Manager.
You can now add warnings to your Listings, making it easier to identify where action is needed to move a deal forward, i.e. when there is a chain delay.
New warnings will appear in red, so they’re easy to spot at a glance. You can also filter them by type and status to focus on what matters most. Once the issue is resolved, just inactivate the warning to keep your list tidy and up to date.
New Tenure Type
A new tenure type ‘Share of Freehold’ is available for you to select from the 'Tenure' drop-down. Once ‘Share of Freehold’ is selected, all freehold-related milestones will be display on the Listing accordingly.
