With clearer pricing options, new milestones, and a shared space for your documents, managing your listings just got a whole lot easier! #### New Price Types --- We’ve refined how pricing is displayed to better support shared ownership transactions. The price field is now split into two clear categories: - **Marketing Price** - **Sold Price** Note: For listings with an existing or unspecified price, the system will now label it as Current Price. Once a specific Marketing Price or Sold Price is entered, the generic price will be hidden, ensuring only relevant, accurate pricing is shown. The event will capture the note ID, relevant address, user responsible for the action, the 'change' made and time.
