Introducing Third Party Invites, Public Notes and Milestone Notifications!
Invite Estate Agents & Conveyancers to VMC
You can now invite Estate Agents and Conveyancers to ViewMyChain, even if they are not your clients.
Invited parties will have access only to the specific transaction to which they were invited and can use the same powerful features available to you.This feature is ideal for collaborating closely with third parties on a transaction. You’ll work from the exact same property view, ensuring seamless communication and 24/7 progress visibility. Plus, you can leave shared notes to keep everyone aligned with transaction progress (see details below).
Third parties who are not directly involved in the transaction chain (listed as a contact) cannot be invited.

Note: This function is permission-based. If you would like this enabled, please speak to your Account Manager.
Public Notes
A note can now be made visible to other parties involved in the same transaction, such as conveyancers. Conveyancers can also create a public note and make it visible to agents.

Category-related milestones
You now have the ability to tag notes to different Milestone Groups.
The tagged milestone will appear in the corresponding milestone group which can be accessed via the new green notepad icon.
Historic notes can now be filtered by milestone group, allowing you to quickly locate notes related to specific Milestone Groups.
Milestone Notifications
Upon consumer invitation, you now have the ability to enable 'Milestone Notifications' as part of this process.
This means that any new milestones that have dropped into the transaction during the previous day will be captured within the 'Summary' email and distributed to the client.
The email contains a link which, if selected, will direct the user to the 'Timeline' view of their transaction within VMC, displaying a visual reference of the sale progress. This method requires no log manual log in to VMC. With this function enabled, your client can take comfort in knowing that they will always be alerted to the latest activity on the transaction.
