The VMC Task Management feature keeps you organised and focused on the key priorities, ensuring your deal progresses smoothly and at the right pace.
Accessing Tasks
The dedicated Tasks area within ViewMyChain gives you a clear overview of the actions that need to be taken in order to keep the sale moving forward.
Viewing Tasks:
- From the left-hand toolbar, select 'Task and Message'.
- Use the filter options to sort by ‘Negotiator’, ‘Property’, date ‘Activated’, date range or task ‘Type’.
Managing Tasks
- To view a task from the list, select the relevant task.
The selected task will display.
- To extend the task date, select the calendar icon next to the date field and move the date forward.
- To mark a task as complete, select 'Mark as Complete'.
- Enter the 'Completed' date.
- The completed task will no longer display on your task list. However, if you would like to view your ‘Completed’ tasks, select the ‘Completed’ option from your Reapit ‘Messages and Tasks’.
