This will allow you to manage the transaction lifecycle of your property and search for properties based on their current status. ### **Updating the Status** 1. From a listing, locate the ‘**Offer status’**section to update the status.![](https://support.viewmychain.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Jul-10-2024-02-46-24-6008-AM.png?width=688&height=318&name=image-png-Jul-10-2024-02-46-24-6008-AM.png) 2. There are five statuses available: - **Declined**: Select this status for offers that have been declined. - **Accepted**: Do not use – see Sold STC. - **Under consideration**: This is the default status for offers that are pending. - **Sold STC (Subject to Contract)**: This is the trigger to allow ViewMyChain to start updating the milestone, search and funding information. - **Withdrawn**: Use this status for offers that have been withdrawn.![](https://support.viewmychain.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Jul-10-2024-02-46-57-2558-AM.png?width=688&height=356&name=image-png-Jul-10-2024-02-46-57-2558-AM.png) The listing will now update with the new selected status.   **Searching Properties Based on Status:** 1.
