[Probate](https://support.viewmychain.com/alto-integration?hsLang=en#probate) # How to Invite the Instructing Client to VMC ## VMC not only lets you add your client to the Listing, but also allows you to invite them to collaborate directly within the same transaction. This means less back-and-forth over the phone and more time spent delivering a great service. Start by adding the Instructing Client to ViewMyChain. This allows you to associate them to the Listing later in the process. 1. This allows you to create, search for, and manage your Clients. After creating your client, you can link them to your Listing. After selecting the Client, you can proceed to assign a dedicated Case Handler. Once a Case Handler is established, they are automatically granted access to all Listings linked to their associated 'Client'. Provide the necessary information for the Case Handler in the designated fields.![](https://support.viewmychain.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-May-28-2025-10-39-40-4193-AM.png?width=688&height=437&name=image-png-May-28-2025-10-39-40-4193-AM.png) 8. If desired, click on the three white dots and select 'Milestone notification'.
