How to Invite the Conveyancer to ViewMyChain

ViewMyChain allows you to invite your consumers and provide full transaction visibility. This increased transparency not only reduces the number of inbound calls, but significantly alleviates the pressure for both you and your client.

Invite the Conveyancer:

1. In the ‘Search for a listing’ field from the 'My Properties' page, enter the listing       address and select the required property.
   
   
   
   
2. Select the arrow drop-down icon under the 'Add Chain' icon.
   
   
   
   
3. Select the 'Conveyancer' tab.
   
   
   
   
4. If there is no conveyancer contact, select ‘Add Contact.
   
   
   
   
   
5. You should either search for the conveyancer contact from the database (under the conveyancer company), or create a new contact and enter their contact information where prompted.
   
   
   
   
6. Click the three white dots and select ‘Invite to ViewMyChain’.
   
   
   
   

A pop-up will appear informing you that the conveyancer has been invited successfully.
