Tag the relevant properties from the list below (this makes it easy to identify notes relating to a specific property in your chain), then click ‘Add’ to save your note. ![](https://support.viewmychain.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Mar-13-2025-03-31-25-4623-PM.png?width=688&height=267&name=image-png-Mar-13-2025-03-31-25-4623-PM.png) 5. You have the option associate the note with a specific milestone group. I.e., if you are leaving a note specifically related to the buyers mortgage application, you may tag the note to 'Funding'.  Alternatively, you may not wish to tag the note to a milestone group. ![](https://support.viewmychain.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Mar-13-2025-03-32-39-9082-PM.png?width=688&height=250&name=image-png-Mar-13-2025-03-32-39-9082-PM.png) 6. You can also mark the note as 'Public', meaning that the note can be made visible to other parties involved in the same transaction, such as Conveyancers.
