The VMC Task functionality keeps you organised and focused on the key priorities, ensuring your deal progresses smoothly and at the right pace.
What do VMC Tasks Mean for me?
Tasks can be managed either through the dedicated ‘My Tasks’ area or directly within the Listing you’re working on. Here, you can create new tasks and access historical ones, giving you a clear overview of what needs to be done in order to keep the sale moving forwards.
Create a Task from the Listing:
- Navigate to the desired Listing in ViewMyChain.
- On the right-hand side, select 'Tasks'.
- A task box will appear, automatically filtering all historical tasks related to your property.
- Enter your task information (see the available fields below) and click ‘Add’ when finished.
Your task is now activated and can be managed directly from the Listing, or the 'My Tasks' icon via the tool-bar.
Create a Task from the Task and Message Area:
- Navigate to the the 'My Tasks' area via the tool-bar.
- To create a task, simply select 'Add New'.
- Repeat from steps 4 (above) to create your task.
Your task is now activated and can be managed from the 'My Tasks' area, or directly from the Listing.
