VMC will notify you if we detect a potential break in the chain. Get email alerts so you can act quickly and stand a better chance of keeping the deal together.
Feature:
- Receive an email alerting you to the problem and containing information so you know exactly which property it involves so you can act quickly.
- A note is added to the property record in ViewMyChain as well as in your Reapit activity feed. A red house icon will also be displayed against the listing in your 'My Properties' page.

To confirm or discard a fall through
- Select the the property record.
- Confirm or Discard the fall-through. If you 'CONFIRM', the property status will update to ‘For Sale’, VMC will remove all previous buyers details and the chain will break. If you 'DISCARD', the chain will remain intact and the property status unchanged.
Searching Possible Fall-throughs
- Select 'My Properties'.
- Select 'Advanced'.
3. Select 'Possible Fall through' from the 'Status' drop-down – here you will see all properties with possible fall-throughs.
