ViewMyChain allows you to invite your customers and provide full transaction visibility. This increased transparency not only reduces the number of inbound calls, but significantly alleviates the pressure for both you and your client.h
Invite the Home Owner:
1. From the ‘My Properties’ page, in the ‘Search for a listing’ field, enter the listing address.
2. Select the listing and the entire chain view will display.
3. From your listing, select the arrow from the drop-down menu under the ‘Add Chain’ option.
4. If there is no consumer contact, select ‘Add Contact’ to either select an existing contact, or ‘Create New’.
5. Click the three white dots which will prompt the user 'Invite to ViewMyChain' button to appear.
6. Finally, a pop-up will appear informing you that the consumer has been invited successfully.
